An independent information initiative.

EnfadadosconAirbus is an independent information initiative that emerged in the context of the labour dispute at Airbus España.

Its purpose is to collect, organise and provide access to information related to the dispute: announcements, agreements and proposals, assembly minutes, press releases, union and company documentation, information published by media outlets, and documents produced by the movement itself.

This site does not represent Airbus and does not speak on its behalf. Nor does it constitute the official channel of any trade union, works council or the SIMA, except when reproducing or linking documents expressly issued by those organisations.

The site distinguishes, to the extent possible, between:

• •Documented facts, accompanied by their source or reference document.
• •Statements and positions of third parties, attributed to whoever makes them.
• •Movement documents, which reflect the positions, debates or agreements they contain and should not automatically be interpreted as the individual opinion of all Airbus España workers.
• •Analysis or estimates, identified as such, explaining their methodology and sources where possible.

Inclusion of a document does not imply that this site endorses all the claims it contains.

The project applies a personal data minimisation approach. Before publishing documentation, names, signatures, email addresses, phone numbers, personal identifiers and any other data whose disclosure is not necessary for understanding the dispute are removed where possible.

This site does not aim to publish trade secrets, confidential technical, industrial or commercial information, classified information or information subject to distribution restrictions, or information obtained through restricted professional access.

When a document contains information whose public publication cannot be sufficiently justified, it will not be published or will be withdrawn pending review.

Information is updated during an evolving dispute and may contain errors or be superseded by later developments.

Any person or organisation that identifies an inaccuracy, inadvertently published personal data, an incorrect attribution, or considers that a document should not be publicly available may request a review at enfadadosconairbus.contacto@gmail.com.

Requests will be reviewed taking into account the accuracy of the information, its interest in documenting the dispute, the rights of those affected and the source of the material.

This project does not use Airbus's corporate identity and does not seek to cause confusion about its origin. Trademarks, names and references to Airbus and to the organisations mentioned are used solely to identify the parties and events related to the dispute.
